Vegetable Stock

Ingredients:
1 Onions
1 head garlic
2 carrots
Whatever ends of things you have leftover
Favorite Spices

Instructions:
Put in pot.
Submerge in water (can be used water, like from boiling other vegetables).
Simmer 1 hour or until flavorful.
Strain out vegetables.
