Roasted Roots

Ingredients and Materials:
Potatoes
Yams/Sweet Potatoes
Beets
Carrots
Garlic
Fresh Rosemary
Olive Oil
Some oven-safe dish or pot with a lid

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 or so. Coat pan/dish/whatever with olive oil.
Chop up everything reasonable except the garlic and rosemary. Layer roots (including garlic) in dish, sprinkling rosemary and drizzling oil over each layer.
Cover, and bake until everything is soft; around an hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
