Ingredients and Materials:
Oil
Onions
Garlic
Oregano
Summer Squash and/or Zucchini
Yellow/White Corn Kernels (out of a can, or better cut off the cob, already cooked is fine)
Cream
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Skillet or Sauté Pan
Instructions:
1. Sauté Onions, Garlic and Oregano in oil until fragrant.
2. Chop Squash into thin slices and add.
3. Add Corn.
4. Add a dash each of Cinnamon and Cream.
5. Add a tiny bit of brown sugar.
6. Cook all together until hot and flavorful.
